Dhole
Lexxi has green-yellow eyes which is uncommon for her species. Her coat is thin and very rust colored in the summer and spring, but gets thick and fluffy with cream markings in the fall and winter. She has two rust spots in the middle of the front of her cream colored legs. This marking is common amongst her species. Her tail resembles somewhat of a skunk's tail the way it has coarse hair and the hairs stand out once it's lifted into the air. It starts as the rust color and the more coarse it gets it fades into a dark brown. Her ears are also unique to her species, they are very thick and stand up straight in the air and the hair around it and in it is very thick and long. She's commonly mistaken for a common red fox, but the dhole is much larger than the fox and has many differences from them.
Lexxi has always been an extremely adventurous girl. She's quite mischievous and one would think she is completely untrustworthy when first meeting her. She can be rather hyper at times and absolutely loves games of all sorts. She acts tough at all times and puts on a shield towards others. She rarely ever opens up to anyone and has been known to never trust a soul. She's really fun to be around and always makes things more exciting. Although she puts on a tough demeanor, she just has a broken heart that needs to be repaired. She's very snappy and has been known to start fights amongst others or be in the fight herself. This girl is one to take seriously because she's a manipulator and knows what she's doing. Since her heart was broken she likes to make others miserable from time to time and snap when others least expect it.
Lexxi was born in a litter of four and raised by both of her parents. They did a fantastic job with her and her siblings and the four of them grew up to be happy well-balanced Dholes. When she turned 1 she fell in love with a male Dhole who was known to be the most handsome out of all of the packs. She and many other females were head-over-heels for this male, but unlike the others, the male chose Lexxi out of the many and made her feel like she was his world. He used her completely as she hunted for him and always fancied over him. One day while she was hunting she came back to her den to find him with another female. Lexxi wasn't old enough to breed and so he told her he needed to have his pups now or never. He told the female to back up and he attacked Lexxi. Luckily one of Lexxi's brother's packs was nearby and he cared for her dearly. Her brother's pack came to defend her and she barely escaped with her life. Ever since then she taught herself to never trust anyone but her family and she made sure she was able to defend herself on her own.
